Sweet little wedding tips #3 { Save-the-date }

Today I wanted to share with you lovely save-the date-inspirations!!  Save-the-date’s are a very informal and fun card  that can be sent out long before the formal invite. There are two main reasons to send a save the date. One would be if you are getting married in wedding peak session, easter weekends, school vacation time or december holiday’s.  In those cases it is important to let your guest know ahead of time so they can mark the date on their calender and so they do not make any other plans! Another handy reason would be for you get RSVPs and determine how many gusets would be coming.

Whatever the reason for the save-the-date remember to have fun with it, do an illustration, edit that lovely engagement shoot or bring out the creative side…

Below are a couple of ideas for you! Through my searches I stumbled upon this wonderful designer/illustrator Eloise Timmis and let me tell you her work is amazing! Today I am only featuring her save the dates, but please go have a look on her website for more of her lovely work!

Have a great day everyone!
